  It took forever for someone to come to the table. After 15 minutes, we placed our drink and food orders. The mango ice tea was horrible. I had placed an order for the honey BBQ chicken supermelt without no cheese and waffle fries. When I got the food, there was cheese in my sandwich. What made it worst is that the waitress didn't come back to see how we are doing or ask if everything was good when she gave us the food. Definitely seem like she was in a rush. After 10 minutes, I had to go up to the counter and let them know of the problem I had. The second time I got the food, it had no cheese, but now there was no ranch sauce. Also the waffle fries were lukewarm and some were soggy. Terrible terrible experience.

  I enjoyed the food but I have some small issues with the ambiance. The atmosphere is a little too relaxed for my liking. The staff is kind. I ordered the honey BBQ burger which was very good.
